ECSA Recruiting & Headhunting, which started off as a female recruiting company, ECSA Female Recruiting & Management, puts every thought into the recruitment and management procedure of both males and females, in order to ensure the highest degree of customer benefit. It has been operating in the Kingdom since 2005 and its record of accomplishments is based on the long-term business relationships it builds and maintains.

ECSA takes pride in identifying the right clients in the market, thus providing specialized recruiting services that amount to flawless service. It studies the needs of the client company down to the core values that it seeks and then provides the correct recruiting solutions.

ECSA further provides training and business management consultancy services.

How It Started

It all started in 2005, when the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia flourished, giving rise to a vast number of businesses. The Ministry of Labor started supporting women empowerment by launching an ambitious registration and employment campaign, which would add as many as 200,000 women into the Kingdom’s labor force. This would include receptionists, tailor-shop and wedding-hall employees, nutritionists, governesses, marketers, secretaries, photographers, beauticians, caterers, and hospitality and amusement park employees. It was then that ECSA Female Recruiting & Management came into being.Read more

THE BRIEF

In 2005, EBOX® was delighted to serve its newly established sister company, ECSA Female Recruiting & Management, with a brand new corporate identity and website.

A year later, the high demand for executives in the workforce led to a sudden change in the company’s image. This meant that a new branding and website were needed to portray ECSA as a headhunter for males as well as a female recruiter.Read more

A New Corporate Identity and an Online Presence

A New Start!

As a start-up company, a new corporate identity and online presence were needed to increase public perception about ECSA, where ECSA was to be represented as a female recruiting company,Read more

CORPORATE IDENTITY DESIGN

DESIGN CONCEPT

The design concept was chosen to give a modern, fresh, professional and contemporary look, with a feminine touch. In addition to that, it also had to portray ECSA as a sister company of EBOX® Solutions. Read more

LOGO DESIGN

Your Logo The Center Of It All!

The logo was designed to represent a company that stood for finding unique fresh opportunities for every female.
The look and fonts were chosen to be modern, fresh, professional and contemporary, with the “ECSA” letters written in an original and unique fontas well asdepicting a business concept. The logo of ECSA was given a look and feel similar to the logo of EBOX®.Read more

STATIONARY DESIGN

Letterheads and business cards were designed, based on the rational “something that is fresh, original, stylish but yet professional and SERIOUS” to reflect this company in the recruiting business as professional and serious while handling its business and sometimes it’s future.
The idea was to split four elements in the logo on the backs of four business cards and letterheads.

PRINT

Once all items had been successfully designed, we wanted to ensure the best results in print. We went as far as Dubai to ensure the printouts of the best quality.

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

DESIGN

The website was designed to be unique, original, user-friendly and contemporary as well as consistent with the whole brand image and equity of ECSA. It also added a female touch to it because this is what made ECSA special.

DEVELOPMENT & LAUNCHING

The website was built on DNN with HTML, DHTML, and SQL, with an ASP.NET Component and an admin control panel.

EBOX® was proud to announce the successful launch of our very first website of ECSA.

2006

A New Branding, and A New Website

A Makeover!

Due to excessive projects assigned to clients of ECSAs in a year, the workforce demand for senior employees and employees in managerial positions like CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and directors increased.Read more

THEME DESIGN

DESIGN CONCEPT

Although ECSA was now recruiting both males and females, it still supported its initial vision of women empowerment. Therefore, a unique design concept was created which portrayed freedom to women. It showed that when given the opportunity, women, irrespective of religion, race, and creed could achieve all sorts of dreams.

LOGO DESIGN

Your Logo The Center Of It All!

The symbol used previously was used again, to maintain harmony with the previous logo and the logo of ECSA. However, as an image to be portrayed now was that of a company targeting both males and females, the color scheme and font were changed. Like the previous logo, the new logo continued to give a modern, fresh, professional and contemporary look.

A new logo was designed to be in harmony with the previous logo, but at the same time given an attractive and professional touch.

SLOGAN

After careful thought and consideration, we came up with a new slogan, “Hire & Higher” to go with the new concept –after all, for a company to go “Higher”, it needs to “Hire” a good, competent staff, doesn’t it? This is what ECSA is here for.
The new slogan turned out to be very popular among the public.

STATIONARY DESIGN

A unique approach was used to create the stationery designs, with a different design for each stationery item but following the same concept.

Three designs were created for the business cards, with the back of each card designed with a different element. A woman from a different culture was used on each card, depicting freedom and empowerment for women from all cultures.

Letterheads were also designed, following the same concept. This time, there was only one letterhead design, portraying the dreams of women from various cultures, contrary to the letterheads made before, with a different element on the back of each letterhead.

Envelopes were also designed.Following the same approach as the rest of the designs, different elements were used to design the two sizes of envelopes.

The Great Launch - Event Management, Media Coverage, Photography and Videography

Do You Think We Didn’t Launch the Site After All That Effort?

EBOX® was highly excited to manage an event for ECSA at such a large scale, which would be attended by clients from all over the country and various high-profile guests.Read more

THE PREPARATION AND ORAGNISATION

Time is Ticking!

The organization of the event took tremendous efforts from both parties. A list of tasks to be carried out was written, along with whom they were assigned to – the Administration, Marketing Department, Production Department, EBOX® CEO or ECSA Executive Director. A detailed checklist of all tasks was created, along with the responsible persons, progress made and remarks.

ERROR-FREE LAUNCH OF THE WEBSITE

The most critical prerequisite of the launch was to ensure that all QA Tests had been successfully carried out on the new website and that the launched website was totally error-free. Without the successful launch of the site, the whole launch would have turned into a disaster.

GUEST OF HONOR

One of the biggest decisions to be made was the selection of a Guest of Honor for the Grand Event. Starting from a list of several highly-regarded personalities, we narrowed down the list until we arrived at our final result – HH Prince Abdullah Bin Faisal Bin Turki Al-Abdullah Al-Saud.

GUEST LIST

Several versions of a guest list were written which contained the contact information of the guests and the names of companies they worked for. The lists were categorized based on two criteria: the designations or job titles of the guests and the types of industries of the companies.

A CONSPICUOUS VENUE

The event was to be held in a conspicuous venue, set up in a uniform way consistent with the basic theme of _ Hire Higher _ “elevation”, including podium, tables, food menu, lightening, and posters. This was to convey the message to all high-profile guests that ECSA was ready to serve them.

THE CHOSEN PLACE

Several decisions were made regarding the venue of the grand event.
A conspicuousness venue was needed. Several places were taken into consideration. The list was narrowed down to 5 places, which was to be popular among all the guests. Several other factors need to be considered before selecting the most suitable place. We spent a week just tasting the delicious foods of various restaurants, to find the best choice for our respected guests.

The best place to host our respected guests was chosen to be the Spazio Restaurant, located on the 77th floor of the Kingdom Tower.

EVENT AREA SETUP & DECORATIONS

With the venue decided, further arrangements needed to be taken care of.

A white color and snow theme was chosen for the decoration, with white carpet, white flowers, and white chair covers. Tables were decorated with items from nature: flowers, rocks, and pieces of wood, with an imitation of snow around the tables.

Music was selected for the event and flowers chosen to decorate the area. The hall was decorated a few days prior to the event.

A menu was also planned with two choices of three-course meals. “A la carte” cigars were also placed on the bar for our renowned guests.

ATTENTION TO DETAILS

Laptops were arranged for use by staff members during the event and two plasmas were set up for displaying the presentation.

ABAYAS

We wanted all our staff members to dress up uniformly, to be easily distinguished among the crowd. Thus, we came up with this idea to design Abayas with sky blue ribbons to represent ECSA, to be worn by both EBOX® and ECSA staff on the day of the grand event.

BADGES

Badges were designed for the ECSA staff, EBOX® staff, and guests. The guest badges were further divided into badges for IT, HR and other guests.
The badges were printed and attached to badge holders.

POSTERS

Two copies of the posters were printed and installed on stands outside the event area.

OUR SPECIAL GIFT

Just as we gave a calendar before the event to give a preview of our event, we wanted to leave our mark by presenting our special gift to our guests. A gift box was designed with colors and elements from the concept, from both inside and outside. Additionally, the interior of the box was specially designed to hold a USB.Read more

SELECTION OF SPEAKERS

No event is complete without speeches! Speeches of the hosts and organizers – were written and prepared. Ms. Nisreen Hakim from Al-Akhbaria channel would be hosting the event, with speeches given by Ms. Saima Sofi, the Executive Director of ECSA and Mrs. Dalia Fatani, the Communications Consultant of EBOX®.

Arrangements were also made to select speakers among our honorable guests and contact them before the BIG day.

PREPARATION FOR THE MEDIA COVERAGE

MEDIA CAMPAIGN

It was decided for the event to have complete press coverage, rather than a paid ad and a media plan was discussed. The concept, content, and frequency for a media campaign were determined, to be broadcasted in January and February.

PRESS RELEASES

A PR campaign was needed to introduce ECSA and its successful launch. Newspapers and/or magazines were selected for the press releases and was content written in both English and Arabic.

INVITATION FOR INTERVIEWS

Our selection of distinguished guests extended their support by agreeing to our request to introduce ECSA and its mission and vision, through their interviews.

EVENT PROGRAM

The event program was designed, with text written in colors harmonious with the ECSA concept. A red background was used for the program.

A CATCH IN THE INVITATIONS

An extremely attractive envelope was needed which would catch the eye of the viewer, along with an invitation card which would not only encourage the reader to have a second look at the card but also convince him to attend the event.

A DESIGN BOUND TO IMPRESS EVERY EYE

With a dark blue, light blue and silver color scheme and embossed and engraved images, the invitation card were bound to impress every eye which saw it.

The invitation card was designed with elements from the concept and printed on a thick paper to be double-sided, with one side designed in English and the other in Arabic. Every minute detail was taken care of in finalizing the invitations – even names of recipients were checked to ensure that they were spelled correctly.

A UNIQUE ENEVELOPE TO COMPLEMENT THE CARD

An envelope was designed in blue, on a black background, with the design and slogan engraved and the ECSA logo embossed when printed; to go with the invitation. The envelope design was also printed on thick paper, which was then folded as an envelope. This special envelope was shaped just by folding!

The invitation was inserted into the envelope, along with the program of the event and a business card. The names of recipients were inscribed in silver ink on the flap of the envelopes, thus adding a personal yet stylish touch.

But that’s not all – the last step in finalizing the envelope was securing up the envelope with a thin, blue-ribbon; tied up in a bow.

The envelopes were delivered to the guests in person. A follow-up phone call was made to ensure that each envelope had safely reached its destination.

OUR HONOURABLE GUESTS

Executives and managers of all clients of EBOX® were invited, as well as certain ambassadors, VIPs, and media agencies. This made up over a hundred guests in all.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR

We prepared a special surprise for our guests as a preview of whatthey might find at the event. An event calendar was designed for all twelve months, with pages for all months designed with different graphics and color schemes. The slogan was also added. The date of the event was highlighted so as to avoid conflicts with any other engagements of clients.

The cover of the calendar was designed with the butterfly element from the concept, with the slogan is written in red to be in harmony with the butterfly. Elements of the concept were once again embossed. The date and time were hand-written on a sticky note and stuck outside the calendar, again to add a personal touch.

The calendars were also delivered to the guests with the invitations, as our first reminder for the big event.

EMAIL SHOTS AND SMS CAMPAIGNS

This was our second step in making sure that our worthy guests would not miss the grand opening.

Three email shots were sent to all guests, as a reminder for the grand event – eight days before the event, two days later and on the very morning of the event!
